OUR TRAINING ENVIRONMENT
- Book your rack so you're not standing around.
- Each training slot is 1 hour 15 mins.
- Each rack space, or station, comes with a bar, bench and ample weight.
- The adjacent turf area and cardio equipment is available to use outside of class times.
