Procedures & Regulations

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes for your pre-booked slot.
Please allow for a 20-minute cleaning period of the balcony area between parties, this makes sure that each party receives the best possible experience.
Once your slot is over it is likely that another party will arrive so arrange for all pick-ups to be on time.
Food and drink are permitted in the balcony area and the arrival area but are not to be brought onto the Astroturf under any circumstances.
During your slot children are to be supervised at all times. This includes keeping them within the authorised areas. People in your party are not allowed to pass the dividing net onto the Astro-gym for safety reasons and also to reduce the risk of damaging equipment.
The dividing net must not be moved under any circumstance.
If your party uses the balcony area please be mindful of how it is left afterwards. Rubbish bags will be provided.
